Commercial Deep Cleaning

ICS (Hygiene) Ltd specialise in the deep cleaning of commercial kitchens and offers clients an exceptional service.

Our flexible operation has been setup to assist you in maintaining exceptional hygiene standards within your establishment.

All cleaning work may be undertaken as a one-off service or on a regular contract basis, this would be entirely the client’s choice, with all cleaning work undertaken at a time convenient to you.

Before any cleaning work is undertaken by ICS, we arrange a convenient time to carry out a site inspection, this gives us the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your requirements. We are then able to prepare our specification and quotation based on this information.

All work is carried out by our qualified operatives and includes a final inspection for your approval. A representative from the ICS management team will visit the site in order to carry out or sign-off and ensure that all work has been carried out to the highest of standards.

A certificate is then provided to the client that may be passed to their insurance company, Environmental Health etc, as proof of cleaning and their commitment to their hygiene standards.

What is a deep clean?

A Deep Clean is designed to target areas in the commercial kitchen environment that may not be able to be undertaken by staff in their daily cleaning schedules as it falls beyond their capabilities.

This may include a more in depth clean of all range and cooking equipment, together with high ceiling and wall areas.

Why do I require a deep clean?

It is important within any catering and food production premises that management have in place cleaning programmes to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.

A Deep Clean will not only assist in maintaining a good hygiene standard, it has also been proven to assist in prolonging the life expectancy of your range and cooking equipment and will also help in reducing servicing costs.

ICS can work with you to identify what parts that may not be able to fit into the normal staff cleaning schedule and are therefore not currently subject to any cleaning.
